150m3/h处理量下挖6米挖沙淘金设备清单
流程概述：
原料通过挖斗送入滚筒筛内进行筛选分级为：6mm以下、6-2cm、2cm以上三种规格，其中2CM以上废料直接通过废料溜槽排出；
6mm以下细料通过料斗进入一台自动洗选机中按矿物比重进行初次选别：含金量高的重矿进入一台80#卧式全自动排矿离心机中进行精选，精料通过排料管排出至料筒中，废料通过废料管排出。含金量低的轻矿排入一台振动溜槽进行收尾后，废料排出至船尾；
6-2cm粗料通过滚筒筛底部溜槽排入振动溜槽进行回收后，废料排出至船尾。
Technological process:
The mixture from buckets moved by wheels under and upaward water to trommel screen then separated to 3sizes material:≤6mm,6-2cm,≥2cm,the biggest which useless are directly getting rid to the river.
The material size ≤6mm from the auto wash&separating machine to be separated 2 types,the one higher in gold then sending to 80#horizontal auto discharging centrifugal contrator to resparate,the tailings discharge to the box,the one low in gold are sending to shaking chute.
The material 6-2cm go through the screen then also washed to shaking chute to separate,then scrap material are sending out of the dredger.
