砂金设备流程概述
原料通过自卸车将料倒入进料斗中，通过高压水冲入选砂金机械振动筛内进行筛选分级为6mm以下、6-30mm、30mm以上三种规格物料，其中30mm以上的废料直接通过废料溜槽排入废料池内；
6-30mm的中等规格物料排入选砂金机械两条固定式淘金毡溜槽内进行回收后，废料排入废料池中，通过一台砂金机械挖斗式脱水机进行脱水后，由成品料输送机输送至成品料区域；
6mm以下的细料排入料箱内由一台沙泵打入选金矿机械卧式全自动排矿离心机内进行精选，精选后的精料自动排入精料箱内，废料自动排入废料池中，经过砂金机械另一台挖斗式脱水机脱水后，由成品料输送机输送至成品料区域。
Technical process
Raw material get into feed hopper by dump truck,then into vibrating screen to be classified into 3size,≤6mm,6-30mm,≥30mm,the material≥30mm useless will be directly getting rid to to scrap pond;
The material 6-30mm get into 2 fixed gold sluice with carpet to be separated,then scrap will be removed the water by bucket dewater machine,then transported by conveyor to destination area;
The size≤6mm material getting into mineral box then pumping by sand pump into horizontal automatic discharge gold concentrator,the scrap into bucket dewater machine to get rid of water,then transported to destination area.
